Even though i'm still confused and not absolutely sure which way i'm going to do this lifetime healthy living plan, i'm focused for today ;)
For today i'm going to eat clean, i'm going to join my walking group in giving my all for 50 mins or so! I'm going to love going to chapters and starbucks with friends. But i'm going to focus on consistency today, just for now and just for today ;)
Tomorrow may bring a new plan, and i'll work that out then!!


  1. Hey Suzi, I can really relate to having plan add (thats what i call it) i would start one plan and thing get really nervous that it wouldnt work, or that i couldnt stick with it. I would seriously just throw in the towel after one day and start something else. since I started the day off diet (shameless plug haha!) I seriously have not been tempted to try anything else. I don't want to, I love it. I eat very nice foods (low carb) without counting calories or points 6 days a week. really healthful, delicious foods and i never go hungry. and then every saturday I take the day off and enjoy my favorite meals. I've been able to lose over 15 lbs so far.
    Don't give up! you just need to find a plan that you can live with long term, that you can lose weight with. Anyhow, I added your link to my blog for the 21 day challenge! you can do it!

  2. I think consistency is key. Everything works and nothing works. That makes a lot of sense to me, so I'm trying (this time around!) to be as consistent as possible.

    Hang in there! You are doing really well. Be proud of how far you've come and how your mindset has changed!
