Well i managed to complete my workout today and just for mizfit i thought i'd put my #'s down on paper ;) Thanks Karen for posting about doing 3 sets instead of 2 i usually do 2 sets of 12 with 5 lbs so this is a big leap forward!
So this is what i managed to do:
3x12 squats with 10 lbs weights
3x12 leg lifts each side
4x15 chest presses with 10 lb weights
3x8 front raise using 10 lb weights
3x12 bicep curls with 10 lb weights
2x 25 bicycle crunches
Now i'm super happy because usually i only use 5 lb weights. And i used to totally suck at chest presses unless i used 5 lb weights, but since doing the push up challenge i guess i've gained some strength there!!
Oh and now i'm going to go have a shower before the dr since i stink ;)
