Weekly weigh in and goal update

Well this week i'm happy with a 2.2lb loss ;) Bringing me to 138.4!! Only 13.4 lbs to go.

Last weeks goals were:
1. Keep drinking that water!!-i did meet my goal for drinking water every day
2. track my sodium this week-i tracked my sodium and only went over two days
3. stay as far away from the white stuff as possible ;)-on the whole i did very well with this
4. walk at least 5 times this week-i managed to walk 5 times and i did intervals!!
5. make better choices!!-sometimes yes, sometimes no like the pizza i ate after work last night!! But i also ate dinner at work at 4:30 so by 10:00 i'm hungry.
6. stay relaxed and know that i can do it ;)
-Actually this week has been more relaxed and i've had no "oh that's the end i can't do this" moments. Very happy with the way i was thinking towards food this week.

Goals for this week:
1. walk 5x this week increasing my speed and leaving my camera at home a couple of times so i can work on speed. Hard to do when you stop to take pictures ;) And i have to get ready for the race.
2. Stay with tracking my food!
3. Enjoy life savor the little things that happen.
4. If eating things that aren't as healthy as i would like try to enjoy a reasonable serving and then STOP!! (This is a big one for me)
5. Smile at the people i meet. Sometimes i get a little crusty ;(

I love #3,4 & 5. My goal is to actually just say, "Thank you," to a compliment. Easier said than done for me. You need to update your weight loss ticker girlie! Way to go!!!

wow...you had an AWESOME week! You are just cruisin' along. My goal this week is to track my food and make sure I am getting the right amount of calories. I also think I need to work on getting more protein!

My goals for this week:

#1 Lose at least 2 pounds

#2 Bike 3 times a week, walk twice.

#3 Stick to low fat, high protein, high fiber and consistency

#4 No indulgences

#5 Be more creative

#6 Like myself a little better than I did last week.

My goals are to:

1) get over this cold
2) get back on track with eating and exercise
3) clean the house, it's getting bad!!

Your goals are so much nicer, lol :) Someday when I get on top of the basics I will expand my goals a bit...

Great goals! Has given me a lot to think about for this week:
1. Alternate biking and walking this week for exercise every day this week
2. Limit my coffee to one travel mug a day, up my water intake
3. Track my food and make sure I meet nutritional needs, make adjustments
4. Smile more! :)

Wooohoooo good job on the loss. YOu are kicking butt. Great goals as well. My current goals are almost up for the week. I will set new ones on thursday.
