Well i'm back after feeling miserable for the last few days ;) So the loss this week wasn't a surprise especially when i actually didn't feel like eating!!
So this week i'm down -.6 bringing me to 135.2 and 10.2 pounds left to go :-)
Some of my goals i didn't end up doing due to being sick but i still did pretty good if i do say so!!
1. Increase my exercise this week!!-i did cardio (bike/walking)5 times this week and weights once, i was hoping to 2 weight days this week :(
2. Not focus on the scale as much this week, focus more on just looking after me :)-this is a work in progress, i'm getting better but i still check the scale now and then.
3. Get a couple weeks of menus made up, this make it much easier for me to do my grocery shopping etc.-I did get a weeks worth done and i did find some new recipes to try we are having guinness stew tomorrow :-)
4. When i get home with all the fresh veggies cut them up and put them in the ziploc veggie bags as it's so much easier to grab them for everyone when they are all ready for you!-this i did!!
5. Focus on one good thing about everyone that i meet, instead of being critical of people!!-to tell the truth i started doing this at the beginning of the week and as i started to feel sick i forgot to keep it up :(
Now for this weeks goals:
1. Take care of myself this week so that i can recover from being sick!
2. Make some more menus up and look for more recipe ideas.
3.Try to get 5 days of cardio and 2 days of weights in this week (so close last week)
4. I need to work on de-stressing myself this week. I have found lately that between the hubbys heart attack, hours being cut at work, the volunteer work i do etc.. I need to take mizfit's suggestion and start to say no to somethings so that i have less stress and more time to take care of myself!! (this is huge for me :)

Yeah, take a breather, why don't you? Jeez, sounds like you've got plenty going on and could just say NO to some stuff! Anyway, sounds like you are close to your goal - that is great. Keep up the good work and have a fabulous week.
