  1. Do you eat waffles? This idea came from a food blog but I take a waffle, spread peanut butter on it, then put greek yogurt on top, then fruit spread and a banana. Sooo good! So kinda just like you did on your pancakes I guess.

You could also mix some granola or cereal in with the yogurt.

  3. The only way I eat ff plain yogurt is flavored with ff/sf pudding mix. Still keeps it Core and tastes oh so good. I especially like pistachio and cheesecake.

  5. I like to add vanilla protein powder to it, then applesauce, cinnamon and a little pure vanilla extract. Or you can add the protein powder and frozen cherries. Stir it and let the cherries get a little less frozen. YUM! Add Choc protein powder, banana and peanut butter!

  6. Hey Suzi, I eat that yogurt literally every day. I put 1/2 cup of fiber one (high fiber cereal) in it and I usually add about 1 tbsp of light pancake syrup. Over the summer I would add berries. But I even love it plain. Enjoy!

  7. Some great ideas given.....I eat ff/sf vanilla yogurt daily in a smoothie. I put 1 cup yogurt, a smidgen of skim milk, 1 small banana, and 1 cup of frozen berries into a blender.

This makes a LARGE smoothie and counts as 2 fruits and 1 dairy on my food plan.

    yummy.

Sometimes, I will take the yogurt and add fresh berries (or defrosted frozen berries) and just stir them together. This makes a nice alternative if everyone else is having ice cream or another dessert.
