Wow is all i've got to say about
Tony he has now lost over 200 pounds!! Go congratulate him. And that's not the only thing to congratulate him for, he and his wife are expecting a baby.
And i'm not forgetting about
Brian either :) He has lost 121.4 !!
I just find these guys so insipiring, check them out i hope they inspire you too :)
