  1. Probably healthy for you

There are usually grilled vegetables, the green beans are always good.

There are lots of meats but most of them are breaded, deep fried and simmered in a high sugar syrup.

Probably the Green Peppers and Steak would be healthy. No breading and I don't think the sauce is sugary... though I taste soy sauce in it so I'll say it's super high on the salt content.

There are meats on a stick and sometimes a bit of american food.

There is usually a salad bar... but I would be prepared for it to be less than fresh (What? You mean people don't eat at Chinese Buffets for the salads???? What is the world coming to... :D)

If you see it, I always love their cucumber/tomatoe/red onion salads... Nom nom nom!

Have fun... I'm hungee now!!! :D

  3. Obviously stay away from anything deep fried, breaded or in a creamy sauce.

Start with some soup (I love won ton soup)..Usually about 1 pt per won ton.

Pile up on veggies as well. Normally there is a salad bar..shrimp, sushi (love california rolls), etc.

I think the overall key is to tour the buffet first and then make your decision.

    Good luck :)
