The other thing i notice is that quite often my dairy is really low, so that's another thing i'm going to work at. But i'm just doing one thing at a time :)
Now lets get physical! Just kidding. Actually the other day i did the weight watcher workout CD. I actually found it very easy except that today i'm definitely sore in my legs so i think i'm going to do it again today but i'm going to up the weights as using the light ones just wasn't hard enough :)
Yeah i've come a long way!
But most of all i'm going to try to enjoy my journey for getting healthier this year!! Because if i don't enjoy the journey i won't stay on it.

I can beleive it. It took a while to convince me to use a couple points on oils. After I did, my weight loss picked up a bit!
Purposely eating fat seemed really wrong to someone who grew up thinking it's all about low fat.
Sounds like great plans!
Fill up on healthy fats, from nuts or add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil here and there.
I like that, I'm going to enjoy my journy as well. :)
HNY!!
:)
You are so right, healthy fats are important. Making sure I get them in has actually helped count numbers. You have a great outlook which will carry you through.

Many people are on this journey with you.... enjoy!!!
Hey Suzi! That is my thing too, embracing the journey and love the life you live! Both my motto's this year! A good way to add some extra fat to your diet is Flax Seed. 1 T has 2.5 grams of fat, good fat, I put one T in my smoothie or yogurt or on my oatmeal! :)
I love your attitude. And it's so true - if you don't enjoy the journey you won't stay on it. Here's to a healthy happy 2009!
Ahhh a little sore in the legs. When I get that feeling, I get all giddy. Yeah, yeah yeah...I know sadistic...but to me it means that I'm doing something good for myself!!!
So true. I completely believe that enjoying the journey is half the battle. Happy New Year!
I had the same problem - low on fat & dairy. I solve it with a low-fat instead of a no-fat yogurt as a snack. There's lots of other options, too. Happy New Year!
