First weekly weigh in and weekly goals of the new year!!


Not too many surprises on my weigh in this week i knew i was up a bit from the holidays plus it's that time of the month (sorry guys) but i'm not upset about it and i'm definitely not worried about this small gain!! And i had a great week :)

I think the biggest surprise is that over the holidays i seemed to lose my feeling of being strong. I can't really explain it, but i felt soft!! This week after being totally back on exercise wagon i'm feeling really strong again. Did someone say do a burpee, give me a sec :) I actually was showing hubby what they were last night!  Last week i wouldn't have been able to get up from one!!

So this weeks weigh in is 137 up 3.4 from my last weigh in before christmas. And as you know my goal is 125.

This week goals:
1. To work out 6 out of 7 days!! Totally do-able with a little planning :)

2. Relax. I've been a little stressed lately and i really need to work on that!!

3. Enjoy my days :)

4. Try to make sure i'm getting enough fats in my daily eating.

5. Journal!

The Holiday's are tough and you have a plan, so it's onward and downward you go!

Exercise always makes me feel strong and powerful, isn't it great!!

I'm sure you're probably retaining a bit of fluid from all the holiday goodies, it'll be gone in no time.

Weekly goals! I need to do that. I was looking at a journal I started when I started WW last Feb. and I always had daily, weekly and monthly goals. I fell off that wagon. Your post reminded me I need to do that again to be successful. Thanks!

Oh - and what is a burpee???

I know what you mean about feeling soft and it's so amazing how much stronger and firmer I feel after just one week of exercise! :) The gain just a little speed bump, mentally you are doing great and that's all that matters! :)

Really like goals 2 & 3. Without those to things I think we all would do well to never forget those. Good luck on having a great week. You can do it!
