For anyone who would be interested!

These are the numbers that hubby got from his cardio rehab for heart healthy daily amounts:

Total fat per day 60-65g
Saturated fat per day 10-15g
Trans fat per day less than 2g
Cholesterol less than 300 mg per day
Sodium less than 2300 mg per day
Soluble fibre aim for 1-15 g per day
Insoluble fibre aim for 15-25g per day
For a total fibre of 25-35g per day

These are the numbers we have been using :)
