Glad i took my dinner :)

Last night was a staff meeting during which they were serving pizza! I decided to take some homemade soup and melba toast and some grapes :) Glad i did since a couple of people i asked how their pizza was, said it was not good!

Am i perfect?? Far from it! However i am learning what my body needs and i try my best to eat it!

Two chances this week to go off plan and i stuck to my plan :) Even though my scale is showing my weight going up for some strange reason this week, i'm not giving up. I'm feeling strong and healthy and i don't have cravings which is a big thing for me. So whether the scale is showing me love or not i'm still going strong.

Now that is a major NSV for me! Usually when i don't see what i think i deserve on the scale i end up binge eating. Not this time. This time i'm staying on track for me and for my health!

How is your week going??

Good for you! Sticking with it works! I went up a pound one week, even though I was on plan, but I stuck with it and dropped a nice chunk of weight the next week, so it happens! :)

Great job!! Isn't it a great feeling when you stare temptation in the face and it blinks first :)

Keep up all that awesome inspiring work!!

Wonderful. If you're anything like me, in the past the knowledge of such an occasion (w/pizza)coming up would've been met with only a brief thought of "oh, I'll only eat one slice" or "I'm sure I'll figure something out"

INSTEAD you prepared, and triumphed. That is textbook obviously. Great job, and inspiring attitude. Keep it up, you know what you're doing is good for you body, and even it the scale doesn't reflect it immediately, it ALWAYS does over time.

WOohoo!

I´m glad you´re doing so good! You are strong, much stronger than I could ever be. At least concerning food.
I have a long ways to go yet!
You inspire me to do better!

Yahoo! Even if the scale is not showing the love, you know that you are doing right by your body. And I think if you are going to splurge on pizza or anything else, it better be GOOD~!

That is such great thinking and so right-on! Those moments of depression or disappointment where we want to run to comfort food are such a trap and it does take some real will power to stay on track. The good thing is you feel better about situations and yourself when you stick to your goal. Congrats on the dinner and your overall progress!
