Then she said "you're the lady who does all the walking, i've seen you walk all the time. You've lost a lot of weight. Your looking really good, in fact you look 10 years younger. Way to go"
Well i have to say i can't stop smiling. That lady just made my week, and made staying strong this week very worth while :)

That's something you will remember forever too. It's so nice when someone does that. I've really been trying harder to do that for other people. I know how much words can mean. Way to go on looking great and younger *smile*.
What a great moment! What stinks is I moved last year, so no one here knows I was ever fat unless I tell them. Then they have this look like they don't believe me.
