I learned something new!!


If you ever wanted to try butternut squash and didn't know where to begin watch this video, most impressive is that if you look down it also gives you nutritional stats on it (which is very healthy and low in calories)

B-nut Squash is yummy! I love the baked fries better than those made from potatoes! It really is that good. yum!

ooo! I love butternut squash. I usually have it in a veggie roast with pre-frozen tofu, carrots, cauliflower, sweet potatoes and potatoes with salt, pepper, rosemary and olive oil. Yum!
Good for you for your 7 days in a row of working out. That consistency is so key for me whether or not my eating is great. I think I'll take your lead.

SMALL WORLD! I just made butternut squash last night for the first time and have fallen in love!!!

I added a little bit of splenda brown sugar and love love love love it!!!

I, too, have just discovered BN squash. I love it sliced and baked with "butter" spray, salt and pepper.
