I was up early because i have a couple of volunteer meetings to go to. After that i get to eat a quick lunch on the go and hang around until it's time to meet with my walking group :)
Oh and i did manage to take a few pictures!!
And yep i'm back to my walking group this week!! 5 km here i come :)
Tonight i'm trying out a new fish recipe. Spinach parmesean crusted sole. Let you know how that turns out!!
