Today...

I have an early morning meeting for a couple of hours, then i need to meet with another person for hopefully around 30 mins. Take the bus home, get lunch and get ready for work!! Phew....

And my exercise for today???? Walking to the first meeting!!

I notice that a lot of new people are reading my blog, welcome!! Can't wait to visit your blogs :)

In case any of the new people wonder where i work, i'm a supervisor in a coffee/donut shop!! Yep gotta stay away from that stuff, i tell you.

  1. Good for you starting your morning walking! Need to push myself to get outside more and walk. I tend to do indoor exercising on my recubent bike, but really need to step it up by walking and getting some fresh (freezing)fresh air!

  6. I too, had no idea where you worked. I am SO NOT JEALOUS! I would not be able to be as strong as you.

    I already had a ton of respect for your 37.4 weight loss but now SO SO SO much more! You truly are so dedicated!

  8. Do you actually still like donuts, being that you work around them? I've heard lots of people say that when they work around a particular kind of food, they get sick of it.

  10. I used to work in a sandwich shop where we made bacon sandwiches, fried breakfasts and sold cream cakes. We were allowed to have anything we wanted for dinner so it was like being a child in a sweet shop.
