Update

So i guess now i'm going for a catscan so they can see exactly where the block in the artery is. And whether it will be possible to do a stent or have to do a by-pass!!

Since he couldn't find a pulse at the top of my thigh or anywhere on my right leg he thinks it's a pretty bad block.

For now i'm taking baby aspirin!

This only makes me more determined to look after my health. Check out my great eats for today :) As he said "i'm really young to have this kind of heart disease"!!

  10. Good luck with the scan. I hope they get you taken care of quickly.

A friend of mine went through something similar last year, and had a stent placed in the carotid on one side of her neck. She was soon back at work, and has since made many healthy changes in her life (the biggest: going cold turkey after smoking for 40 years).

Saying a little prayer for you.

I just saw this and had to add: A doctor said to me "you're too young to have a-fib." To which I replied, "apparently not!" lol
