On not so great news, i went to the dr who is a little worried because i've been having a really dry mouth lately and i'm drinking bottles upon bottles of water. So i have to go for bloodwork on wednesday to check my sugar levels! Oh and the other thing he found was from the catscan that i had done for my angioplasty. Several years ago my kidney had shut down from a massive infection, but eventually it came back. Now the catscan is saying that my one kidney is pretty much dead :( So that's part of the bloodwork thing on wednesday as well.
Sorry i didn't get to take photos today but i kept getting rides from everyone and it's bitter cold out today. It was -29 celcius with the windchill when i left home today.

Oh bummer! I hope everything checks out. A friend of mine has to have dialysis. She's only allowed to eat 14 foods as she can't have any potassium. So, I feel lucky to have so much more choice.

Suzi, sorry to hear you are having some health issues. I hope it is all easily remedied!
BTW, curious to hear what the doc gave you for better sleep. I've had some success with trazadone.
