Today's plan

First things first, i had some banana french toast:














To get me off to a good start for the rest of my day :)

Then i'm off to a council meeting after which i'll eat my salad and read for a bit while i wait to meet up with my walking group :) Oh and i'm also walking to the council meeting which means i should get about 90 minutes of walking in today. Some serious pedometer steps if i do say so!

This week i'm trying to work out at least 5 times. I'd also like to not use all my flex points. I don't know why but i just can't seem to bring myself to use them all! Anyone else like that?? I guess i'm better than i was, because i used to not touch them at all.

Yesterday i got up a little late because of the time change but i still managed to to a WATP dvd before heading off to work. So i'm 2/7 so far for exercise.

Hopefully i'll have some pictures up later.

Way to go on all the walking planned for today!

I am one of the unlucky people that actually can't eat the flex points. When I eat them, I tend to NOT lose...and sometimes even gain. I will say that I am not anal about measuring out my food portions. So in reality, my flex points are probably used up in that way (a larger portion size than calculated).

I find I do best when I eat about 1/2 my flex points, but that is me.

The Banana French Toast sounds devine. How do you make it?

It's great that you will be walking so much today! I love walking, especially to "run" errands.

Your french toast looks too good. Did you use banana bread?

I'm accustomed to using all of my flex points, but the last few weeks I haven't. I'm trying to leave a "cushion", in case I under count points somewhere during the week.
