Last weeks goals:
1. Keep listening to my body as i really think this is doing me a world of good.- I did this all week even when not feeling great! And i've learned a lot. I really can't do sugar on a regular basis. My body loves protein and fruit :)
2. Go to my walking group 2x this week and keep doing the weights which i really enjoyed last week- i give myself 50% on this one i did the walking both days but because i was feeling weak and light headed i didn't do the weights..
3. Try to relax more at work and not get so wound up! There was drama there last night and honestly i don't need that.-I have tried to do this, it's a ongoing thing
4. Take time to enjoy my family. Must get on google video with daughter sometime soon. (it's hard she's in Holland and what with the time difference and my work schedule it's becoming challenging)- Well we managed to talk on gmail chat :) Still haven't done the video thing yet!
This weeks goals:
1. Get some weights in!
2. Relax when i'm doing the newspaper interview tomorrow!-easier said than done :)
3. Practice what i going to say in front of a large group of people on Thursday!
4. Last but not least i'd like to still be in tune with my body this week. Figure what works for me and what doesn't!!
So here's to another great week for all of us!! And hopefully spring coming soon :)

Good job on setting those goals. Get those weights in. Increasing lean muscle is the only way to increase your metabolism.
Been watching this site for most of last year and this year, it has really inspired me to follow WW and the food visuals are great.
Keep it up to goal.
