Yes i'm definitely back :) and weekly weigh in

Yep i'm back! I'm feeling a lot better, stronger and healthier.

This morning i weighed in and 132.6 which is up 1.8!

I'm really not worried about the scale this week, i'm just glad to be back to feeling like myself.
As far as goals this week i'm going to go with what i wrote yesterday:

1. Back to eating a little from each food group.
2. Back out on my walks which gives me time to works things out in peace and quiet :)
3. Drinking my 8 cups of water.
4. Treating myself with respect and enjoying life.

So happy for you, that you are feeling better! Don´t worry about the scale. If I know you, the little gain will be gone next week!

Oops, wrong direction. :) It will come off quickly, I'm sure. "Sick" pounds tend to do that.
