O.k. i may be the last person to get the NURU exercise anywhere cards but the mail just came and i have two decks to give away. These are really good because you don't need any exercise equipment just your own bodyweight!! And they are full of healthy tips.
I was actually impressed with these. They have exercises for all major parts of the body and good explanations, they also have some beginner/intermediate/advanced exercises which is good since i'm definitely not at the advanced stage :)

OMG! I just atarted working out on my own without my trainer and I need these cards! I'm a little confused by her notes and these would make it so much easier to get a complete workout - without the Duh.
