I love these question days!!

1. Weigh daily/weekly/monthly??

2. White chocolate/milk chocolate or dark chocolate??

3. Do you count calories and if so how many do you aim for??

    1. Daily but officially I weigh in every week.

    2. Umm...dark, but only by a very small margin.

    3. I count points, currently I am on 21 per day.

    4. Never tried soy milk. Still scared of it!

    5. Large naval oranges with the thick skin.

    6. I truly hate artichokes!

  4. 1. Daily (sometimes several times)--I know it's not good but sometimes my curiosity just gets the better of me.

    2. As long as it has peanut butter on it any kind of chocolate is good.

    3. I don't count calories but I do count points which is still counting.

    4. Never tried soy milk, and probably never will. I don't actually drink much milk at all.

    5. bananas (with peanut butter).

    6. Brusselsprouts.

    2. dark chocolate, even when I was a kid I wanted the Hersey Special Dark minis from the bag--nothing else. It worked out well with my siblings!

    3. I do count calories, and like Ron, find it confusing. Right now I am aiming for 1400 calories per day.

    4. I like soy milk (but wonder about the estrogen effect).

    5. Fav fruit--the one closest to my mouth, but I'll pick cherries.

    6. Any canned vegetable, esp. English peas and green beans. But I like both of those raw or prepared from fresh.

    2. Don't really care for chocolate. (I must be the only one in the world.)
    3. I aim for less than 1500 per day.
    4. Yes, but I don't care much for milk in general, so soy milk wasn't that big a thrill.
    5. Pineapple (grilled w/cajun seasoning.)
    6. Hominy (horrible thing to do to corn.)

    Probably every other day or every three days, now that I'm on maintenance. It used to be weekly.

    Dark Chocolate, which I used to hate, but my tastebuds have changed THAT MUCH.

    I do, thanks to NutriMirror making it stupid easy. On a day without excercise, I shoot for 1760.

    Only at a taste test in the store. It was okay. I avoid soy because of the pain it gives me in my breasts.

    Pineapple, fresh. Can't have it because of my excema, though. So Asian Pears.

    3. I count points and I aim for 27/day plus 35 extra per week, though I usually use about 50-60 extra per week.
    4. Yeah, it's ok, don't mind it but doesn't do much for me
    5. Hard one: kiwis, berries, and apples
    6. Hmmm, you know, I genuinely can't think of one. Wow, that's so different from a year ago!

    I like milk chocolate, but never refuse any kind.

    Too much work. I try to count WW points, but am a "slacker tracker!"

    Never tried it, but the kiddos drink it all the time.

    Lima Beans, not a huge fan of Brussel sprouts either.

    2. Dark chocolate.

    3. Try not to. I've been told that at my height and exercise level (limited, due to arthritis), I will gain weight eating anything over 1,200 calories. It's too depressing to contemplate.

    4. Yes. Tastes yummy.

    5. Bananas and Mackintosh apples.

    6. What's that red, cabbage/lettuce-like veggie with an Italian name? It's very bitter. (No, it's not rapini, which I like.)

  16. 1.I weigh every other day. and always on Wednesdays for my blog update..
    2.It took a bit, but dark chocolate is very good. I try to stay away from milk in general.
    3. I count points, but I've also started using sparkpeople to calculate calories. It is really helpful. try to stay under 1400 calories, or 23/24 points.
    4.I liked soymilk for a long time. I do sometimes drink it, however I find that fortified Almond milk is far better tasting. That's what I use in my cereal and smoothies.
    5.I'm really digging mangos right now. Oh and pineapple.
    6.I don't like brussel sprouts. too stinky.

    most of the time I focus on eating clean but if I'm tracking calories I stick to around 1600

    no, I have heard recent controversies around soy lately so I'm staying away from it for now---I have heard good things about organic almond milk though

    3. Not exactly. I count categories. Although I have figured out my magic numbers. To maintain I have to stay around 1800 calories daily. To lose, I need to drop to 1600 or less on average. I've been on maintenance lately. I have an eye on going back to dropping.
    4. Yes. I don't mind soy milk. I use it a lot in cooking as Husband is lactose intolerant. Normally I drink the organic cow version myself.
    5. Too many to choose ... but probably it's between a fresh, ripened mango or a fresh, ripened nectarine.
    6. Hmmm. I'm not a big fan of turnips or rutabagas. Everything else is usually good with me.

    4. Have you ever tried soy milk?? What did you think?? Yes, I've tried it. I like the vanilla and chocolate flavored.

    5. Favorite fruit?? Without a doubt... strawberries!

    6. Vegetable you truly hate?? Hmmm... parsnips, turnips, rutabagas.
