Definitely feeling the workout i had.
Will be busy at work today as it's the first day of a long weekend!! Should burn off a few calories.
Oh for the Canadians here i found these:
Schneiders low fat hot dogs, 35 calories, .3 fat or 1 pt if you do weight watchers :)
Low fat hot dogs? I thought that defeated the whole purpose of hot dogs. Go figure...

MMMM!! As much as I like clean eating, I miss me a good ol hot dog now and then!
ReplyDeleteI discovered FF weiners in my area and I love them. I'm pretty sure mine were the same calories as those. That is now one of the things I missed and can have :o)
