    {When I did, I went for the chips.. which was really silly since the serving was so small!}

    2. Quick Pasta Alfredo - a family fav. Alfredo sauce is made with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 cup skim milk, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/4 cup parmeasan cheese. I serve with chicken, broccoli over whole wheat pasta.

    6. Very rarely but will indulge once in while with my fav right now is the chocolate covered pretzels.

    Fresh oysters, picked off the beach and roasted over an open fire.

    3. Seafood, which is your favorite?? I love all seafood but especially shrimp, oysters, clams, mussels and being English i have to say fish and chips

    4. Favorite way to get exercise?? walking although i'm starting to love weights

    5. What size shoe do you have?? 5-6 depending on the width. So not only am i the shortest but i have the smallest feet so far :)

    3. Seafood, which is your favorite?? KING CRAB LEGS

    Walking at the beach or hiking.

    I like the Cheezits and fudge stripe cookies.

  9. 1. One word to describe myself: intense.

    2. Fave recipe: my salad dressing
    In a jar: lemon juice, freshly pressed garlic, salt, pepper, whatever dressing herbs you like (thyme, oregano...), a bit of honey, a dollop of mayo, a smaller dollop of Dijon mustard. Shake like crazy. Add as much olive as needed. Shake again like crazy.

    3. Fave seafood: shrimp

    4. Fave exercise: walking

    5. Shoe size: 6.5 - 7

    6. 100 calorie packs? Never tried 'em. Don't plan to.

    P.S. Suzi, you do have the smallest feet so far, but I'm betting I'm shorter: 4'10". Have I won or lost?

    2. Favorite recipe?? Care to share?? Zucchini pizza...I would love to share it:

    3 cups sliced zucchini
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cups (8 oz) shredded part-skim mozzerella cheese
    1 cup parmesan cheese
    1 cup spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce

    Combine zucchini, egg, half the cheese and mix well. Add flour and salt and stir well. Spread onto a pan coated with Pam. Bake at 450 for 8 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and remove pan.

    Cover crust with sauce and
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese or any other pizza toppings you want.

    Bake 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
