Today's questions

Once again it's wednesday question day :)

1. What is your favorite, sweet or sour??

2. When you drink water or other drinks do you like it better room temperature or icy cold??

3. Ketchup or mustard or both??

4. What's your favorite thing hot off of the BBQ??

5. How many times a week do you eat out?

6. Are you either 100% into healthy eating or not at all? Or can you veer off of the straight path now and again but step right back right after???

  1. Well, first of all, I love question Wed. It beats my Weigh In Wed. all to heck. :) Also, what's the prize for being the first response?
    1.sour
    2. icy cold
    3.both, except on hot dogs, only mustard. Don't eat hot dogs if we're not at a ball park, but then only mustard.
    4.Corn on the cob or pineapple, it's a toss up.
    5.Used to be 3 or 4, but now it's home cookin' most of the time.
    6.I tend to be a "veerer", then try to get back on the right path. I'd like to say I'm on a much better path now than a few months ago.

  2. 1. No fave, I like them both.
    2. Ice cold water is easier for me to get down.
    3. Depends on what I am eating ketchup or mustard on.
    4. Rib eye steak is my all favorite hot off the grill treat.
    5. I eat out about once a month. And sometimes not even that often.
    6. That's a tough one. I'm trying to be 100% healthy but some times I back slide. And no it isn't easy to step right back on afterward.

    2. Room temp for sure, I just can't get it down if it's cold
    3. Both. Always both except on sandwiches
    4. Hmm, It's a toss up between a great steak and a great burger (both lean of course:)
    5. Probably once or twice, including if I have to grab lunch out at work
    6. I'm a veerer. I can usually get back on track pretty quick though

    4. We don't grill..weird, I know.
    5. On average, once a month.
    6. I can veer, but I stay on track more often than not...I think.

  5. 1. I'm more a spicy kind of guy
    2. Icy (cuz it rhymes with "spicy"
    3. Spicy brown mustard.
    4. Grilled mahi mahi, with Cajun spices
    5. Rarely if ever any more; trying to move away from overly processed food
    6. Have really gotten into more healthy fare of late. It's easier this time of year when so many great vegetables are coming into season.

    1. What is your favorite, sweet or sour??-I go for sweet every time, although i do like spicy :)

    2. When you drink water or other drinks do you like it better room temperature or icy cold??- I'm English i love my drinks room temperature!!

    3. Ketchup or mustard or both??Most of the time neither :) But i love my hot peppers, tomato and onion and sometimes mayo!!

    4. What's your favorite thing hot off of the BBQ??Steak, hands down.

    5. How many times a week do you eat out? Never. Although i do have to go out to a lunch this week. But usually it's once in a blue moon.

    6. Are you either 100% into healthy eating or not at all? Or can you veer off of the straight path now and again but step right back right after??? Yep, that's me i'm usually 100% on or 100% off and i do have a hard time climbing back on the wagon. Although i always make it back up. Probably because of you guys holding out a hand :)

    2. When you drink water or other drinks do you like it better room temperature or icy cold?? I drink most everything room temperature, just too lazy to put stuff in the frig.

    3. Ketchup or mustard or both?? Ketchup, but I've been trying to cut back some.

    4. What's your favorite thing hot off of the BBQ?? Beef Tenderloin, but you can't beat a good WI bratwurst!!

    5. How many times a week do you eat out? Seldom a whole meal, but I do stop for coffee or a snack at least twice weekly. Meal, probably once a month.

    6. Are you either 100% into healthy eating or not at all? Or can you veer off of the straight path now and again but step right back right after???
    Have a hard time limiting the "off the path", so I try to eat healthy as much as possible.

  9. 1. I love sweets! I didn't used to, but I drank a ton of alcohol, which is all sugar, so maybe I've always craved sweet over sour.

    2. I really only drink water. and I like it room temp. Sometimes I'll have an iced tea or diet soda. Then those have some ice in them. and I love hot coffee and green tea.

    3. I love ketchup and mustard. Mustard is great when you are watching calories and sugar.


    4. I guess steak. But I only eat that maybe once every 3 months.


    5. oh. a LOT. at least 3 times a week.


    6. I'm about 60-70% a healthy eater. Even when I have not-so-healthy meals, I try and order things steamed, which out french fries for veggies, etc.

    2. When you drink water or other drinks do you like it better room temperature or icy cold?? when working out, I like it room temp, but other times, coooooollld.


    3. Ketchup or mustard or both?? mustard


    4. What's your favorite thing hot off of the BBQ?? quorn burgers


    5. How many times a week do you eat out? 0.5

Hmmm, it varies so much, even when I am eating too much, I still eat healthily, just too much of it (and supplemented with too many high-fat snacks)

    5. Lunch, maybe twice a week. Dinner once.

    6. I probably eat healthier than most Americans and if I veer off that path, I can easily step right back on.

    1. Sweet. Definitely.
    2. Ice cold, but I can drink room temp. Just better cold.
    3. Ketchup. Always delicious.
    4. Steak.. the only time I eat meat.
    5. 2 or 3.
    6. I'm not 100%, if I mess up or go off plan I just get back on. I'm a fan of the 80%/20% philosophy.

    Neither, but if you were to say, sweet or savoury, I'd have to say I'm a savoury.

    LOL... again, neither. I drink it hot. Somtimes with a drop of extract in it for flavour. My faves being banana, peppermint & coconut.

    Um... again with the neither? What's up with that?? Although I do like HOT mustard.

    ROFL... I don't prefer bbq. I'd rather not have it, thank you. But if I have to, then I'd say Korean Beef.

    Usually twice. (oh look! not a neither!!)

    The latter. I have never been able to do 100%. Thus the reason it took me two years to lose my 60lbs. Could have done it quicker, but wouldn't have enjoyed the journey as much.

  14. 1. Sweet, when I'm not hungry. Savoury when I'm hungry. I love lemons too.

    2. Room temp in the winter, cold in the summer.

    3. Ketchup and mustard.

    4. Steak (with ribs a close second).

    5. We eat out as a family once a week. When I've got a contract , I almost always eat lunch out with my colleagues. Since I work about 150 days a year, spread over about 10 months of the year, that makes a lot of meals out. I get to deduct 50% as a business expense, though!

    6. I'd say I'm about 90% healthy--but that depends on what you consider healthy (cheese?, red meat?). I eat a wide variety of foods, though relatively little junk food. I think I can get back on track fairly easily.

    I prefer Ketchup, but I'm slowly starting to like mustard.

    I try to eat as healthy as I can...but I think exercise is my bigger priority right now. It's so hard for me to keep eating healthy ^^;
