What's the plan for today??

Well i just finished my brekkie :) 
Apple protein pancakes:
1 apple grated (some in and some on the side)
2 egg whites
1/3c oats put into blender until ground into a fine powder
1/4tsp baking powder
sweetner
a splash of milk/soy

combine all and cook like pancakes, i used sf maple topping!

Then it's off to the grocery store since it's payday today. Rush home, make lunch and get ready for work. It was sooooo busy last night, i hope it's a little less busy tonight :)

Ok...I just had to try it and I like it. I put some cinnamon in it. I only used half the apple as I wanted to make a banana/apple smoothie to go with it. Now the real test will be when I try it on hubby.
