Oh, I need to get to the grocery store. We had nothing to eat for breakfast this morning... lets just say it ended bad :( Its so much easier to eat healthy when there are healthy foods stocked up in the fridge and cabinets

I agree ... the planning AND preparation really help with sticking to it.It's easier to do it once than 5 days a week.Especially after a day's work when you'd rather just relax in to a meal.Way to go!
