My plan today: strenthen my back


Today is back workout day. My plan to do some of these:


And walk to my breathing and meditation class!

If you have any health problems please ask your Dr before doing any of these exercises!!

After the breathing and meditation class i'm coming home to get ready for friends coming over for a bbq. I have a plan :) I know what i'm going to eat and i'm going to enjoy every bite.

Sounds like a good idea - my back is a bit prone to injury, so I must work on mine too.

Back strengthening is a good idea. I worked on mine this last year and it has made a huge difference.
