A new NSV!!


My latest Non Scale Victory????

My shoulder bones are boney :) My Collar bones are sticking out :) AND when i went to scratch my back near my shoulder blades and i could feel my bone!!! How cool is that?????

Okay so i guess my plan is working!

Today's exercises that i'm going to are for the shoulders:

Front raises don't forget don't raise them higher than your shoulders

What are your plans for today??

Awesome! My husband was telling me just this week that my shoulders feel "bony". I can live with that!

I just love this one body part per day plan ... I know I've said it before ... that's how much I like it! :)
It must feel less stressful, yes?
Than trying to do everything at once to start.

I love feeling my bones! First time I felt my hip bone sticking out while I was in bed I thought I had a growth or something.

Company picnic today and it's sunny and suppose to be 86 degrees. And I'm wearing shorts! A first. :)

Discovering "new" bones is one of my favorite things to do!! Congrats on your discovery!!

I plan on at least a 5K power walk/jogging and swimming tonight!
