This weeks goals and goal update!

Do you ever feel that you and your body finally "click". Today i'm finally feeling that i'm doing what my body wants me to do and it's clicking :) I feel good, strong and energetic.

Anyway last weeks goals:

1. Try to have less things to do-well i'm going to chapters this afternoon which is my all time favorite way to relax :) Yep i'm starting to get better at this
2. Plan some more menus-I did this and i'm enjoying them
3. Do more weights-I have done a different body part with weights for the last 5 days!! This is HUGE
4. Stop trying to be perfect-I've been a lot easier on me this week
5. Try to keep the house clean-mmmmmmmm......... not so much :)

This weeks goals:
1. keep doing the weights and look up new moves
2. keep planning my menus it really works for me
3. daughters coming home soon so i really must start to clean up :)
4. Go back to the park and do more pull ups and tricep dips!
5. Have fun on my days off THAT'S AN ORDER! lol
