
Last weeks goals:
1. keep doing the weights and look up new moves-I cannot begin to explain how much fun i've had with this!! I've tried many things that i haven't before and for the most part enjoyed all of them. I'm amazed at how my strength is increasing :)
2. keep planning my menus it really works for me-I also did this!!
3. daughters coming home soon so i really must start to clean up :)-I did start and yep i have more to do but that's o.k.
4. Go back to the park and do more pull ups and tricep dips!-I did stop by and do more this week. I really want to try increasing how many i do :)
5. Have fun on my days off THAT'S AN ORDER! lol-I also did this!!
This week i give myself an A+++
So what are my goals for this week??
1. Continue with my weights. I love how i'm exercising a different part everyday. Miz Fit this is good as well as one full workout isn't it??
2. Clean up some more :) Gotta do what i gotta do
3. Keep eating clean, i'm enjoying this sooo much, it's yummification!
4. Smile this week even though i'm working everyday, it will soon be over and i may as well enjoy the journey there.
