Today it's biceps :)


My favorite exercise's are the ones for the biceps!! So today's plan is a quick 35 minute walk to a meeting and these:

Hammer curls. I feel those the most, so I assume I need that the most.

As I'm big and don't have too many muscle lines on my body, I try to do exercises that help to emphasize the ones I do have. And the ones I have the most of are my forearms - that means that I do hammer curls and reverse curls quite a bit when I work the arms, just to put a bit of extra oompfh on the forearm muscles. It works!

Looks good to me... I'd say bicep curls are my fav but I'm off that right now due to a bad case of tendonitis. boo!

Nice plan! I love the butterfly press...I know that works the pectorals...but still, it's my favorite. I love it so much, I'll probably have a Superman chest someday.
