today's exercises are for the legs



So my plan for today is to go for a walk plus:
Leg abduction- couldn't find a good picture but you are on your hands and knees and raise you bent leg like your a dog taking a pee (that's the best way i know to describe it)



Kneel/heel tap

And then i'm going to work :) Have a great day!!
