Today's plan...

So today's leg day and i have already been on my walk went for 60 minutes!

The other exercises i've done are:
Leg abduction- couldn't find a good picture but you are on your hands and knees and raise you bent leg like your a dog taking a pee (that's the best way i know to describe it)

What are your favorite leg exercises?? Sometimes i do lunges but they tend to bother my knees more so i left them out today :(

Did i tell you guys that i've gone about (i forget what day i started) 5 days without sugar or sweetners?? This is huge for me. I don't usually eat too much sugar anyway but i really used sweetners. And it's going great.

Oh and i'm going to Chapters this afternoon with a friend :) Of course i'm stopping at starbucks for a green tea (nothing in it)

For legs, I love squats. 3 different positions to hit all the target areas.

Congratulations on eliminating the sweeteners!
I didn't even find it that hard to do to tell you the truth. Mind over matter, I guess.
I never thought I'd be drinking my coffee with just milk (not even cream anymore!) At home, I heat up the milk to give it a sweetness and add it to the espresso you pointed me to.
Have a great time at Chapters!

Loving the Green Monsters!

My lower body workout is my least favorite, but I do it every other day.

Looking at my exercise log, this is my usual workout, which I try to change around a bit (it's a gym workout):

Cable Abduction, rear lift
Standing Cable Abduction (inside & outside)
Seated Hamstring curl
Curtsey lunges (hate these!)
Prone leg curl
Plie dumbbell squat
Prone leg curl
Leg extension

I feel pain just thinking about it. :)

Good job giving up the sweeteners. I wish I could do that.

Chapters - I had to look it up. Canadian bookstore. Love bookstores! Have fun.

Thanks for the cool weight training website. I went to the directory and there are so many cool exercises I haven't tried. Just what I needed!
