Good job on your walk today...that is pretty much all I do is walk...love it when im at work for 12 hours I just walk, that is mainly my job...I dont walk 12 hours straight but most of that 12 my feet are walking... irene
I did an hour walk at the mall with my husband and a friend. We go at 8 AM and it's muggy in there because I think they don't really turn the air up till the store opens. But on some mornings that's still better that the outdoors. When the mornings are cool, it's amazing how much longer I can walk!!

It looks like a nice path for a run. Good job getting out in the heat, its soo hot here in Las Vegas, but I still go out on occasion for a run.
