Fall tradition..carving pumpkins and drinking cider!

Advice for eating healthy, start slow and don't assume you will change overnight. Make realistic goals.

  5. 1) I've gotten really fond of nature valley crunchy granola bars and beef jerky... but it's all about the Harry Potter tin Lunch box complete with thermos!

    2) I use to give away comics on halloween to the trick or treaters. But now I don't have a house and live in an artment on the third floor.

    3) Advice on being healthy. Gee I'm working on that myself. Maybe just one good choice at a time. Then another. No pressure no unneeded guilt, but also don't forget to keep looking forward.

    4) If I were to dye my hair would it only be one? I'd think you'd want to dye loads of them, if you were to.

    5) I love figs! I like GI Joe action figs and Star wars action figures and even some wrestling figures. I use to collect em!

  6. Good questions!

    1. I take Greek yogurt, almonds, and fruit. I eat my breakfast at work, too, so I take a protein shake and high protein oatmeal.

    2. I love the Fall. We don't have much of a Fall here in Texas but when my son was small we would go camping.

    3. Take it slow. Fast results only lead to fast gains! Make small changes that don't make you feel like you are depriving yourself.

    4. I don't dye my hair. I'm only now getting a few grays and no one can really see them :)

    5. Love figs. I grew up eating them right off the tree. I love them fresh and in preserves. The preserves have too much sugar, so watch out for those.
