Weekly goal update...

Last weeks goals:

1. Keep drinking my water.-managed to do this everyday!

2. Exercise this week. I'll start tomorrow by meeting with my walking group :)-I exercised 4x this week which is more than last week.

3. Stay on my plan, veered off for a few days last week.-I did pretty good on this one, i had one day that wasn't the best but i didn't do too bad.

4. Chillax!!-I've been practicing :)

This weeks goals:

1. Continue to exercise and aim for 5 days this week.

2. Stay on plan!!

3. This week is going to be a very busy one for me as i've planned a picnic and games afternoon for around 200 people! I have to take some ME time as well.

4. Dye my hair

What are your goals for this week??


  1. Well, I dyed my hair yesterday and I think I resemble Elvira today. Ouch!

    Other more important goals for me include - daily meditations, eating clean and some exercise.

    My goal this week is to plan out my dinners, dye my hair (like you!!) and take 5 minutes everyday to "just be".

  4. Ooooo, I need to dye my hair. Crazy gray roots are starting to show - thanks for motivating me!

  5. I am planning on "conditioning";) my hair tomorrow...

    I also want to get more walking in, that has fell by the wayside since joining the gym.

    Need to sort out my shed so can do some scrapbooking also.

    So thsts my plan for the week so far.

  6. Awesome job! I am making exercise a goal for me this week too. I have been seriously lacking in that department for the longest time. I'm just glad that hubby is totally into tennis, so playing with him counts!

  8. My goal this week is to incorporate more fiber and protein into my diet. It's hard for me sometimes, but I'm going to really make an effort!

  9. GREAT goals!! Congrats on getting 4 days of exercise in, that's awesome. My goals for the week are to cook two new recipes (including some pumpkin recipes) and to keep on track with my coffee/caffeine goal (I'm down to 4 cups a day...I know that's still a lot, but better than how many I was drinking before!!)

    since the economy hath gone to hell in the proverbial handbasket Ive somehow become the GO TO for my friends in the hair dying in the bathroom department!

  12. Good plans!! But, I have to ask, "New hair color?" If so, what color might it be? Oops, it isn't Wed., so perhaps I ought not to be asking questions. :)
