Honestly, today is rest day. I-ll have a pretty busy week and weekend ahead of me so I'm relaxing. Eat as healthy as possible (it's my mom's bday!), that's the plan!

I drink coffee very rarely. I like something we have here in Portugal called "bica", that's the REAL coffee for us. I don't drink it often though. I love tea though. :)

I just use whatever I have! I love seasonings. Oregano, pepper, etc etc.

I do usually eat at the same times just so I can have some kind of routine. Some days I can't do that but for the most part I do. I'm not very creative when it comes to food so I tend to repeat meals quite often!

Good morning!! As you know, I love question day.
1. I'm cooking healthy tailgate food
2. No, interestingly enough, here in Des Moines we have "Beggars' Night" on Oct. 30. Halloween is not celebrated here. It is VERY odd, and people really hate it.
3. WuLong Green tea! I love it, but must limit myself.
4. Lots of spices and herbs. Hot chili peppers being a big favorite. We also love fruit salsas with our fish and chicken.
5. Play it by ear.
6. Oatmeal w/blueberries and skim milk, 1/2 high fiber/low cal English Muffin.
1) Today I'm doing some easy meals from my weight watchers cookbook that I can freeze =)(I've also planned all my meals which I think are healthy too!
2)Yes, we love Halloween in our house. We are in between, we do put in effort but we are prob. not the best decorated house in the neighborhood.
3)I like tea a few times a week. I like the traditional English breakfast or Orange Pekoe?(sp?)But love going to tea shops once in a while and buying a small tin of something more exotic.
4)Spice as in flavor or heat? Flavor-garlic, lemon, teriyaki sauce,dill etc. Spice~ franks red hot.
5)I like variety so I meal plan a day or two in advance and I eat every 3-4hrs. Mini meals all day....I like to play it by ear but it gets me in trouble!!
6)It's only 9am here....going to have eggs today =)

Did an hour of Back and Biceps with Tony Horton this morning. Eating a healthy salad as brats are on the grill for dinner.

No school tomorrow or Friday so we'll do something then. Don't go all out with the outdoor stuff that some around these parts do.
3. If you drink tea do you have a favorite kind?? Don't have a favorite, but I do like green tea with a hint of lemon and a splash of milk.
4. What are some ways you spice up your foods?? Boring here, not much spice. My wife's nickname is spicy so she uses tons on her own plate.

Wish I could get out of the "evening snack" routine. Always have oatmeal for breakfast and usually try to stick to a low calorie/point lunch and feast in the evening.

2. Nope, I should but have no family living with me and very few if any trick or treaters last year.

4. Pepper, dips, like tomato sauce and shredded cheese
5. Somewhat, I try to have at least one shake a day, take my tablets three times a day with food, but besides that not really.
