Weekly goal update...


This week was definitely not my greatest and my goals sadly took a back seat!

Last weeks goals:

1. Since i'm in a walking race on September 27, i need to get these feet walking more this week.-Sadly i had to miss the walking race due to being too sick! Also i didn't get much walking in for the same reason.

2. I feel like i'm trying to fight off a cold so this week i'm going to listen to my body and baby myself a bit :)-I think i took babying myself to mean eat whatever i wanted to! But it's stopped now, thank goodness :)

3. Get organized on my menu planning and make my grocery list up.-Sad but i completely failed to do this.

4. Another busy week! Enjoy myself and don't get too stressed.-Since i was sick i actually had to cancel most things that i was going to do :(

This weeks goals:

1. Keep eating healthy as it will help my body heal.

2. Plan some menu's as this saves me stress and time :=)

3. Get out and walk.

4. Relax, Rome wasn't built in a day and neither will i be able to change my body in a day. Just take it one day at a time.

Week goals! That sounds like a great idea.
This week my goals are:

- Going to the gym at least 3 times
- Cooking something by myself! Yes, yes.. I can't cook :P
- Finishing editing some photos so I can give them to the client

I think that's it for now. :)

At least now you catch yourself and don't let things get too out of hand. That's a major accomplishment.
I'm glad you're feeling better and back to your feisty self!

My goals:
45 min. on treadmill daily
work one bodypart per day for 5 days (I really like this, Suzanne!)
eat clean and stick to approx. 1500 cals a day.

My goals are less scary! I really should start excercising properly.

Goals:
Do not panic tomorrow at weigh in if i have not lost as much as i want, or anything at all.
To not give up.
To walk ALL the way to university and not just half, on at least 2 days.
Stay in uni ALL day, and stick to points even when its hard.

I was just thinking about goal when I read this. I set goal last week and then forgot that I set them. LOL. so my goals for this week

1. Remember that I set goal. LMAO
2. Even though this week will be painful I will use food for comfort.
3. Get to sleep by 10:30 for at least 5 out of the 7 days.
4. Get at least an hour of exercise in each day.

New follower, but I'd love to chime in.

My Goals -
- Swim 3x this week
- Weight training 3x this week
- Walk to/from work at least 3 of the 4 work days.
- Perform an extreme fitness challenge (on Tuesday, unsure of specifics yet)

finishing a BIGBIG WORK ASSIGNMENT so I can relax more mentally and now walk around with it in my head when Im striving to Be Present with my daughter.
