Sorry to have been a bit of a downer yesterday, but that's what happens when hormones are raging! Sorry guys :)
Anyway today i feel a lot more like myself which is a very good thing indeed!
So for today my food is planned, i'm picking up a few things at the grocery while getting a walk in, and then it's time to get ready for work, i'm going to do great!
I find when planning my meals that the one that seems to be the hardest to come up with new things is lunch. Anyone have any lunches they love, without being too carb heavy?? Would love to hear about them :)
And that "s" that will be visiting me soon was in the air yesterday but not settling on the ground yet :) Can't wait to be able to take pic's of it. There's nothing like tromping through the snow knee to thigh high in the woods.
Hope everyone's having a great weekend!

Lunch idea? Hmm...whole wheat tortialla w/humas or laughing cow, then add meat if you like, then pack with onions, peppers, spinach, etc. I love these and they are fast, and easy!
Glad to hear your in better spirits! I'm looking forward to snow too :)
I love steamed asparagus topped with egg salad (1-2 boiled eggs, chilled, mixed with a T of 15-cal low fat mayo & salt & pepper). Great lite lunch! Or, an omelet (beaters or whites) filled with low fat cheese and veggies. An apple makes a good side for either of these.
Low carb tortilla wrapped with hummus and veggies is good too.
awesome pic, glad your doing better today.... glad its not me thats going to be walkin thru that thigh high white stuff, at least I hope I don' have to here in Illinois.
Glad you're feeling better today.
As for lunch, I like to take some lean ham or lean chicken slices and spread a thin layer of extra light cream cheese on them and roll them up.
Glad you are feeling better.
Homemade soup is one of my favourite lunches!
taco soup....I'm getting ready to make another big batch to have in the house! All veggies!
