One of those weeks when you don't want to do anything but sleep!!
My choice in food has not been great this week but i'm not giving up. Exercise?? What is that?
For anyone who's new to my blog i get in these ruts every few months. Most of the time i'm bang on with my food and exercise and lead a very busy life between working, volunteering and home!
I think it's the way my body says "take a break" only sometimes i take too many breaks and it's hard to get back to the rhythm my body likes. Or maybe that's just the excuse i make, maybe i should try to take a break in a different way?
Anyone else's mojo down? What's your plan to get it back! Share your secrets.

I feel like mojo goes way down on the weekends. :(
I felt like I had to work extra hard for every work-out, every right decision this week. Sometime it just seems for difficult than others. I just kept reminding myself why I AM worth it!

I sometimes did have those times where I was just TIRED of the whole weight loss thing. I would sometimes take a bit of a break, but for the most part I just tried to push through.

I think it's normal..and for us bloggers who don't disappear when the going gets tough, I notice as I read blogs, most people experience this. Trying to be healthy is work, and effort and sometimes it's hard to stay focused. When I'm in a rut, I look at my list of reasons why I need to be healthy and it usually gets me thinking in the right direction again. Chin up! A new week is around the corner =)
