First i'm off on an hours walk, then i have a house to clean from top to bottom so that will be my exercise today :)
Then it's home to some beef stew bubbling in the crock pot.
After dinner it's off to Walmart to pick up some things (we go there and back on the bus so this takes a while)
Hopefully after visiting wally world i'll be home with my feet up watching a movie.
