1 I USE 8 POUNDS OR 15 POUND DUMBELLS FOR MY BIGGES TLOSER AND JILLIAN MICHAELS DVDS 2 THROW THEM OUT LOL I HATE THEM 3 NO I LOVE TO SLED 4 DIET PEPSI MAX LOL5 WASHING DISHES THANK GOD WE GOT A DISHWASHER NOW 6 3 CUPS I USUALLY ONLY DRINK WATER ALL DAY EVERY DAY SOME DAYS I SUCCUMB TO THE DIET PEPSI AMX AND HAVE ONE GLASS I CAN USUALLY GO A MONTH OR SO WITHOUT IT WHAT ABOUT YOU ?????????????? WHAT ARE YOUR ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS

If i were to give you some cherry tomatoes what would you do with them?-pop them in my mouth or put them in an omelet3. Are you sick of winter yet?-not yet :)4. Oooh cool :-)1. Yes, of varying weights depending on the muscle group being worked. I guess my favourite exercise with them is... oooh that's a toughie, ermm probably biceps concentration curls - purely from a vanity perspective, you have to do as it says on the tin... concentrate on your form and you can see your muscle flexing as you do it :-)I do like triceps kickbacks too, for the same reason!! I love the great shape that training with freeweights gives to my arms! :-)2. if they were fresh - chop em in half and stick them in a salad with leaves, cucumber, feta and olives :-) If they were a bit past their best - put them in a pasta sauce dish (whole so they 'pop' in your mouth when you bite into them - yum!)3. YES! I've lived in London all my life and I can safely say I've *never* seen so much snow that’s hung around this long before!4. Red wine, it’s been almost two weeks now *sigh*5. Hanging up washing (but I hate just about all of them really, I'm quite lazy)6. Including herbal teas about 1 1/2 litres, must. drink. more.!:-)
