    2. anything with tricks or people landing .... snowboarding, moguls, skiing, ice skating and the one where those guys lean forward like flying squirrels and jump forever!

    4 all my iris bulbs are springing up now

    3. Yes, if I eat them early in the day. No, if I eat them in the evening.

    5. Whole wheat mini bagel with almond butter, half a banana & 1/2 cup fat free milk

  5. 1. No, strangely, as I am usually glued to Olymics.

    2.Speed skating...

    3. Yes so I try to avoid them, successfully most of the time.

    4. Thats a difficult one, sorry can't just pick one. My favourite three are: Snowdrops, they are such brave little flowers. Daffodils they are so cheerful and a sure sign of Spring sunshine. Finally Tulips, red, they are a sexy flower;o). I alway buy white Tulips on the first of April in memory of a lost baby.

  6. 1 i only had time to watch women curling so far

    2 i dont really have one

    4 i dont really like flowers that why i got edible arrangements for v day lol

    5 protein shake honestly never been fuller in my life and had such pretty arm muscles

    2. Figure skating! So lovely to watch.

    3. Yes, I have to be careful with carbs. Pairing with a protein usually helps.

    4. Living in the south, I'd have to say azaleas. When the azaleas bloom, spring is here.

    5. Old fashioned oats in microwave with a teaspoon of peanut butter and a splash of soy milk or almond milk. Yum!

    Cold cereal and milk is my go-to fast breakfast.
