2. How many days do you plan to exercise in the next week?

4. I just bought some ricotta cheese, besides pasta any ideas what to do with it??

4. chuck it in the garbage??? Ok, I've never done much with ricotta cheese other than with pasta. I have heard of people using it as a topping on fruit....I've never attempted.

5. STRAWBERRIES warm and ripe from the graden and RASPBERRIES plucked off the bushes in the woods!

6. the gut.....ok ok ok, I"m being irreverent....my stomach it's floppy and I wish I could do more for it!

2. I intend lifting my little pinkie when I drink my tea, does that count?

3. Errrrr.....nope!

4. Smoked Mackerel pate (salmon or tuna works as well - but mackerel is best) 4oz ricotta, 5oz half fat sour cream or creme fraiche, juice of 1/2 lemon, grated nutmeg, black pepper. Put it all in processor and buzzzzzzz!!! Individual ramekins, clingfilm, fridge to chill for several hours. num,num!

5. There is a 'pick your own' 200 yards that way------------>> strawberries, raspberries, beans, plums,currants..runner beans.

6. Multifocal - anywhere that the skin forgot it was meant to be attached to my bones and not doing its own thing.

I saw the John Hughes montage at the gym that night, but did not watch the rest. I used to be big into awards shows, but not so much anymore.

I put it in my meatballs today! :o) And made a cake with it last week from NM.
