To go or not to go....

So i decided i was going on a walk this morning. My hair was a mess so i figured i'd put a hoody on because after the walk i have a shower and get ready for work. All was going well, mp3 check, pedometer check, extra battery check. I was all set.

And then i opened the door and it's windy, cold and raining!! My first thought was, that's o.k because i can come back inside and get some stuff done. And my next thought was, well you could go anyway. Then i thought about how much catching up i could do on the computer, at that point i said to hell with it and threw on a warm hat and another jacket and sucked it up like a big girl :)

I'm so glad i went. I was the only one out there and the birds and the squirrels were playing hide and go seek  with me!! I'm so proud that i actually did something that i really didn't want to do but that i knew would help me be healthier.

Here's some of the things i saw today: And yes there's snow on some of the trail and on others none

My favorite picture is the last one!

I'm so happy that you got out there today! I felt the same way last night. It is so rewarding when we are able to get past the elements to see the sights of the day.

Have a great rest of the day! Hopefully you can get snugly and warm now. That is always the best after a chilly walk.

Congratulations !!!
Our paths have gone from snow covered to absolute mud this week from all the rain . I am hoping things will be a little bit more passable this coming weekend !

Good for you for going! Sometimes (aka most of the time) I can find every excuse on the planet to not work out, it's great that you just sucked it up, committed, and got it done :)

Great job fighting the urge to stay inside. You have a lovely area to walk in.
