Two thumbs up from the hubster!

Made this for dinner tonight. Took twelve grain tortillas and stuffed them with cooked red onion, leftover chicken breast cut into chunks, bbq sauce, lettuce and for me only :) jalapeno peppers and lime juice!! So easy and quick! Add some peppers and tomatoes and Delicioso without calling for takeout :)

So how did the rest of today go?? Awesome!!

I walked most of the way to the craft afternoon to get some extra steps in. Stopped on the way at my favorite coffee house to get a blue mango green tea :) Love my teas.

Funniest thing happened on the way to the craft gig, a young fellow worker had asked if i knew where to get a skipping rope, the kind boxers use! Now why would he as me?? Because i love boxing :)
Anyway i told him that i pass a store when i'm going to my volunteer job that sells kickboxing and boxing gear and equipment, so i walk into this store where a maybe 20 year old is working and ask to see the skipping ropes. The look on his face when he saw me (almost 50) was priceless. But it turned out he knew his stuff and i now have several options to tell the the young guy.

Made a miniature birdhouse on a stick to put into my flower pot when spring finally gets here for good. Lots of fun and great company.

Did my groceries on the way home so that i won't have to spend time doing them before work. And guess who showed up to help me get them home?? The hubster!! Ah i love that man :)

So now i'm relaxing with a glass of wine and we're going to watch something on the boob tube.

mmmm just imagined those wraps with just fajita veggies and cheese.
I saw the old style pastel jumping ropes at a dollar store in the Easter basket stuffing area and paused and thought about it for a moment for me......I like to "jump" rope while I'm watching tv for calorie burn.....thought better of it, I'll keep using my safer pretend "jump rope"

Great idea for the leftover chicken, since I have two chickens in the refridge.... bougth them this weekend, they were already cooked, so they are both Leftovers lol

That hubster sounds like a great guy! Don't you love it when they want to help, without being asked? So nice!

Now I can't stop thinking about about those tortilla wraps/fajitas... they looked so yummy!
