Next i went on a walk, pretty surprising eh :)
Anyway on with my day. Next came home to a few munchies and then i was going to go to the Y for ball hockey, however i got a notice in the mail that the new owners of the property are going to do inspections tomorrow morning!!! Can you tell i haven't been doing flylady lately :( So instead of playing ball i'm going to do some cleaning and then i'm going to do some weights. Good job i got that walk in.
Then i'm made fish and chips(Scottish haddock) made healthy of course, along with some broccoli roasted with some olive oil, balsamic vinegar and nutritional yeast.

Your oats = vast improvement over instant oats. I've never put peanut butter into oatmeal before - may have to try it.
