I thought my Army goal would be a good weight-loss goal. But I've reached it now. And I see I need a little more improvement.

I don't use a car and I reduce waste if possible.

I've kinda got rid of a weight goal since now I just want to tone and become more flexible.

Carrots, celery, potatoes/sweet potatoes, broccoli, green/red pepper

About 3-4 times for 30-60 minutes.

1. Scandinavia - see how I cheat? That way I get in 4 beautiful countries that are dream destinations.
2. I always recycle everything possible. Trying to lower our electricity use by unplugging unused items like the toaster, and turning off lights
3. Set a high-ish goal of 170 in order to be realistic. Can always renegotiate when I get there.

Am I stranded or can I leave? Makes a difference. Uh---I want to say my daughters---but if I'm stranded---I don't want them to be in danger. OK--let's think survival....matches, drinking water, and a fishing rod and reel.

almost everyday i ride my bike to work (i say almost because if it's raining it's a no go)... not only is it healthy, but it's green too :)

1) Hawaii or anywhere tropical.
2)I recycle stuff everyday, and I use greener laundry and dishwashing products.
3)I don't have an exact # goal yet because I've never been low enough to know where I'll feel my best. I just want to be and feel healthy.

5)Aside from having a physical job I really haven't been, aside from twice this week. Gotta start somewhere!

5. I exercise a lot! I love it. I go to the gym twice a day. Each time last about an 1 1/2 hours.

Europe (I think this encapsulates most places I'd like to visit first)
2. Is there something you do everyday to be enviromentally green?? I recycle and compost. I use re-usable bags. I re-use containers. I buy filtered water in a fill-up jug...lots more, that's just off the top of my head. I'm also biking more now and this saves gas and fumes in the air.

I picked a range, the low number being the lowest I ever got and the high number being where I know I'm really comfortable and a size 10. (140-150)

Asparagus, zucchini, cauliflower, bell peppers and artichokes

About four workouts per/week right now. I am way more active in my days than I used to be though.

1. I would go to Myrtle Beach! I love it there, it's not TOO far away and I don't have to get on a boat or a plane to get there, lol
2. I re-use a plastic bag for my lunch each day. That counts as being green, right? :)
3. I thought I wanted to be 140 - mostly because 14 is my lucky number, lol. But, I am thinking maybe 150. We will see what I look like when I get there!

2. I work for a lighting research group. We're helping to develop environmentally-safe lighting technologies, like the LED, etc. (But I don't recycle. Sad, huh?) I grow my own veggies.

5. My goal is three times per week, but I usually exceed that, if only by taking a little walk during work hours. I don't like to say "six times per week" because if I don't meet that goal, I'll get bummed out and just never work out ever again.

Being a Brit I have done Europe a few times over, and I guess my dream would be anywhere that was sufficiently off the beaten track without being uncivilised lol -I dont do uncivil...ized or otherwise. Thinking Peru - places like that.
