I wanted to do Question Day last week, but was stumped for answers!

I'm diving in this week...
1. Last thing I broke was the shower curtain rod...and will fix it as soonas I'm done finishing this.
2. Favorite room? Living room. The sofa is cushy and big, and there's always sun in here.
3. The last person I talked to was my 8 year-old daughter, who is trying to play the recorder! (Thankfully not too loudly...) :)
4. I have no idea exactly how many carbs I eat, but I try to have more fruits and vegetables than grains...and I try to keep and simple carbs (ie sugar) to a minimum, since sugar is like cocaine or heroin to me...so yeah, it's important.
5. This morning I had a little bowl of Kashi Go-Lean cereal, a banana, 2 large glasses of water, and a cup of coffee.
6. I went for a run in the park with a friend. We're learning to run and talk at the same time - not easy! But it is beautiful in there...tranquility in the middle of Moscow.

2. My favorite room in my house is my bedroom. I love sleeping and watching movies in there!!!

4.I am aware of how many carbs I eat! I am trying to eliminate as many simple carbs as possible!
5.I hate whole what pancakes, 3 slices of turkey bacon, and some water...YUMMY!
6.I did an hour of legs this morning and will do an hour of cardio tonight!!!

4. I count carbs only because MyPlate does it for me. I'd prefer more complex carbs but I'm not making a great effort to that end. I average less than 100 g of carbs a day.

5. I had greek yogurt, preserved raspberries, and wheat thins flatbread for breakfast.

6. Today's exercise is dashing through the Denver airport.

4. Yes. I try to stick to whole grains and away from bleached flour. The stuff they use to bleach it contributes to type 2 diabetes and other health problems.

5. a meps eggwhite & soy cheese sandwich, 1/2 a banana, 6 blackberries & two cups of coffee - mostly skim milk.

6. Cardio - bollywood.

Well, I can't remember...but does brewing a beer that is so carbonated that it explodes in the bottle on its own count? If so, then a beer bottle :P

The living room! (Soon to be left behind though)

I'm aware but I don't care. I try to eat complex carbs if I can.

Yogurt and granola.

Walking around town...not really planned exercise.

YAY i love question day :)

1. What was the last thing you broke?? geez, my cell phone, back in january! it's been a while since i've broke something (i've probably just jinxed myself tho)

2. What is your favorite room in your house/apartment?? my bedroom... we just re-did it with a brand new king sized bed... LOVE it!!

3. Who was the last person you talked to?? the hubs... about what's for dinner too...

4. Are you aware of how many carbs you eat? Are you trying to not eat simple carbs?? Do you care?? i'm not really sure of the amount, but i def. try to eat whole wheats and stuff... sugar still gets me a little tho

5. What did you have for breakfast today?? maple and brown sugar oatmeal... yummmmmm

6. What exercise are you doing today?? going for a bike ride!! yay!!

I find that when I eat them, I get really sluggish, so yes I'm aware, but I have them sometimes.

5. What did you have for breakfast today??
Coffee and a banana pineapple smoothie.

6. What exercise are you doing today??
Today is my rest day.

I find that when I eat them, I get really sluggish, so yes I'm aware, but I have them sometimes.

5. What did you have for breakfast today??
Coffee and a banana pineapple smoothie.

6. What exercise are you doing today??
Today is my rest day.

5. What did you have for breakfast today?? A small bowl of wheat bran, whole wheat toast w/ a tad of sunflower butter w/ a banana sliced on top and 1 cup of 100% grape juice.

1. Probably a printer. I'm a printer-jinx.

2. The "Woman Cave." It's really an office/study. There are books on all the walls, and it soothes my soul.

3. The guy at the convenience store. (Bought a Red Bull)

4. I don't track my carbs every day but I'm aware of them on the periphery.

5. An omlette with cheese, beans, corn, tomato, asparagus. Puked most of it up though. Sigh.

4. Are you aware of how many carbs you eat? Are you trying to not eat simple carbs?? Do you care??0 Trying not to eat simple carbs. I naturally tend to be around 200-250 per/day. I do not consciously track them though.

5. What did you have for breakfast today?? steel cut oats, blueberries and honey

6. What exercise are you doing today?? Hopefully walking or biking...maybe Zumba.

1. Hmmm, I don't remember...my neck, luckily it was fixable! :)

2. Unfortunately none. :( It's all cluttered and small. But I do like the view out my window when I'm sitting on my couch!

4. No, I'm trying to be more conscience of the choices I make and eating more fruits and veggies, but I'm not counting.

5. Egg whites and Toast! More filling than it sounds.

6. I already did it! I did 20 minutes of step on my Wii fit Plus and I did a couple of Aerobic games on my Wii fit plus! It was fun! :)
